The experience behind the advice

Built through experience, shaped by perspective.

I’ve spent my career working across strategy, finance, operations, ecommerce, and international growth. Along the way, I’ve seen how businesses make decisions, how competing priorities get managed, and what it takes to turn a plan into something real.

The work taught me a lot about how organizations grow. The harder seasons taught me just as much about leading through uncertainty, rethinking what success looks like, and finding a way forward when the original plan changes.

The Redhead Advantage is where I share both sides of that experience — the professional lessons and the more personal ones — in the practical and honest way I wish someone had shared them with me earlier.

Why The Redhead Advantage?

What makes you different can become your advantage.

The Redhead Advantage started with something literal.

Growing up with red hair meant standing out before I had any choice in the matter — and back then, people weren’t always particularly kind about it. It taught me resilience, self-reliance, and how to become comfortable being different. Over time, I realised that became an advantage.

Yours may look completely different. Maybe it’s where you came from, something you had to overcome, a skill you built, a risk you took, or a perspective you gained the hard way.

The point isn’t to have my advantage. It’s to figure out yours and use it to build a life you’re proud of.

My philosophy

I don’t believe in shortcuts. I believe in the compounding power of thoughtful decisions about your career, your money, your relationships, and how you spend your time.

Ambition should create more freedom, not simply more responsibility.
